Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging (Tags, Polymailer, TY Card and Bag).
  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues or if the customer prefers a different color (Subject to availability).
  • Delivery charges may apply for both return and redelivery, unless the item is defective.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged items or in the rare case of receiving the wrong order.
  • Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging (Tags, Polymailer, TY Card and Bag).
  • ⁠You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Worn items cannot be accepted under any terms.
