At Gletch Stores, we deeply value our customers and consistently commited to making sure you love what you receive, kindly find below our Exchange/Refund policies.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging (Tags, Polymailer, TY Card and Bag).
- Exchanges are accepted for size issues or if the customer prefers a different color (Subject to availability).
- Delivery charges may apply for both return and redelivery, unless the item is defective.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged items or in the rare case of receiving the wrong order.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging (Tags, Polymailer, TY Card and Bag).
- You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotions are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Worn items cannot be accepted under any terms.
